Do you also prepare the quantity takeoff?

Yes. We can measure quantities from the drawings as part of the estimate, or work from an agreed quantity schedule supplied by the client. The selected approach is confirmed before work begins.

Can you provide costs for projects anywhere in the United States?

We accept suitable projects across the United States. Construction costs vary considerably by location, so please provide the complete project location and any preferred pricing sources or requirements.

How long does a construction estimate take?

A typical delivery period is approximately seven working days, but this varies with project size, complexity, required scope and current workload. We confirm the expected delivery date after reviewing the documents.

Which formats will I receive?
